🛠 Standard Application & EMC Notes
Our DC/DC modules already meet strict EMC requirements. For optimal performance, we recommend the following:
Input Filter
- C1: 47 µF (soft start & protection at power-up)
- L: EMC choke
- C2: 100 µF (optional / recommended for enhanced EMC performance)
For increased EMC compliance (EN61000-4-4 / EN61000-4-5):
- External smoothing capacitor 220 µF / 100 V
(Nippon Chemi-Con KY series recommended)
All filter components should be placed as close as possible to the module to minimize radiated noise.
